A $99.00 trip anywhere NorthWest flies! So where should I go?

Edmonton to San Francisco? No, I guess not. NW flies from Edmonton to San Francisco via Minneapolis. A little too far. OK, what about something close to Minneapolis? New York... or Chicago? Well, the hotel rooms in New York are over $200, and Chicago isn't available.

Well then. I looked at the map and spotted San Antonio. Everyone I know who's already been there says I would LOVE it. The Riverwalk - a trendy area along the river with shops and restaurants sounds ideal. I checked the flights, and it's available. I phoned several friends to see if anyone else could come, and my friend and next-door neighbour Carol jumped at the opportunity. So, we booked it!
